I've been eyeing Witchy Wanda for some time now, I did a project with her way back when, about 4 years or so when I started playing with alcohol markers, for a Make It Crafty challenge when Make It Crafty had their own forum where they hosted their challenges. And I've been wanting to revisit her as I know I can make a much better job now. Sadly I don't have a photo of that project but here is my new version.
