Lace Canopy

Hi Guys!

Me and my friend Olga was having a swap, which I'm painfully late with I must admit. Well the theme was lace and I just got blocked, until I saw Charlie On A Swing and all the ideas started flowing. I wanted to make a canopy of lace and flowers.

Robin On Cherry Branch

Hi Guys!

One of the things that I do in my life with everything, is trying to improve. And todays card is sort of an improvement on yesterdays, the background that is. I loved how the background turned out yesterday but I felt it missed depth, the depth you get when you use multiple colours. So today I used two colours for the smudging and 4 colors for the splatter. Todays card is also my inspiration card for the Make It Colourful colouring challenge, which is feathers. This is one I longed to get to do as I love birds and I had alot of fun colouring this cute little Robin. My colouring tip for doing feathers is flicking, loads of small flicks.

I'm back with another card for you, today I'm using Owl Always Love You. That cute little owl matched perfectly with the Give Thanks paper pad by American Crafts and the card sort of made itself. I had to add some bling tho, you can never go wrong with some bling.
