More Christmas Mice

Hi

I was so happy with how the cross stitched cards I made last week, that I had to try to make a couple more. I found a pattern book/magazine in my stash called Best of Margaret Sherry Bookazine, it was released by the company behind CrossStitcher and Cross Stitch Collection magazines. In it I found another trio of mice, perfectly sized for cards. So I dipped into my fabric and thread stash and picked together a little kit and spent the weekend stitching away. As I only had the pattern for this I've choose some wonderful christmas papers from the Teresa Collins Chrimstas Cottage Collection and paired them with some christmas sentiments from simon says stamp.

Charlie With Teapot

Hi

So I'm an avid tea drinker (I drink loads of coffee too, but tea is the best), so Charlie with teapot spoke to me. I love her little cute face and that teapot reminds me of one I have in my own cupboard. When choosing papers I went for the obvious, Graphic 45 have a collection called botanical tea, and I thought it would be perfect for this card.

Christmas Mice

Hi

Today I'm coming to you with a super cute cross stitched card trio. One of my absolute favourite cute cross stitch designer (she do make stamps too), is Margaret Sherry, so I was over the moon when I found that this months free kit in my World of Cross Stitching magazine was her design. And of course I just couldn't wait to get stitching on them. I took me about 2 days for all three designs, so they are a pretty quick stitch. I really love the the cards that came with the kit so I decided that all it needed was a good sentiment. Thought I would share how I put them all together, got a little bit chatty, but maybe you can pick up a tip or to.
