So my friend Chelle where talking about having an altered canvas swap, and I really liked the sound of that. I have always looked at others canvases but been to afraid to try them myself. And I decided that if there where going to be a swap I would want to join, and if I would join I needed to have tried it out first. So I bought a couple of canvases on my way home. I also had a whole bunch of pine branches that had been left over from another project (post is coming soon) so I wanted to use them up to. And to really jump into the deep end I decided I wanted it distressed. I liked how it turned out, hope you like it to. And as the stamp is from Simon Says stamp and the Simon Says Stamp Challenge this week is Anything Goes I enter it there.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here in Sweden (kind of obvious why), so when Simon Says Stamp Challenge was Thanksgiving/Thank You this week, I of course choose Thank you. But then I started looking for sentiments, and I realized that I only own 5 thank you stamps. Then I started thinking and I realized I haven't sent out that many thank you cards, I mostly make Christmas/birthday cards. So this kind of new for me. I decided to in up Sky from The Toread Collection, you might see that this is my favorite stamp collection at the moment. She is paired up with some Bo Bunny Papers from the Serenity Collection. Hope you like her
So Thursday I received a package from Simon Says Stamp in the mail, and of course I was eager to start playing with it. These are the first two cards I made and I thought I would not only share what I did but also how I did it.

This weeks video and card or should I say last week, I'm about a day late, is featuring the Mulberry Wood Stamp, Wish Upon A Star. I really love these owls, they where really the reason why I bought the kit from the beginning, but I haven't had the opportunity to ink the stamp up until now. And they are cute aren't they, I paired them up with one of my new 6x6 pattern paper pack from fancy pants design. The stars are painted with a Sakura Metallic pen in gold and all the snowflakes are painted with a white gel pen. Hope you like it.

Hi,
So I've been moving this weekend, and didn't get anything crafty done all the week before. So I didn't have a Sunday video to post, instead I made a video of when I draw the winner, but I had to make it contain a little bit more. So I show you how I do the Wish Upon A Star stars that I use as notes for the drawing. Hope you enjoy! And yeah the winner of the Teddy Bo & Co Giveaway was youtuber tecat7175.
So got my toread stamp from create and craft, and I really wanted to make a card with aleast one of the cute little guys. And its being fall I made him up in fall colors.

All of my bfs brothers has had their birthdays, so I needed to make some cards for them. Male cards are quite hard, you have to weigh the maleness against all those things you want to add. My bf wanted me to add a duck, but at that moment I totally forgot about the little shuffle duck I have from the popcorn stamp set. So instead it became a Teddy Bo & Co stamp that became the focal image. I also got to play with my new embossing folder from Darice to give the card some texture. Hope you like my card and the video.
** If you want to win this card follow me on my blog and comment on this post, or be a subscriber to my channel and comment on the video. The giveaway is open international and will close at the 20th of October **

So I need to make a couple of male birthday cards, and that is not the easiest task, not that I do very girly cards, but most of my stamps are more at the girly spectrum. So I went into my ecraft cuttingfile library again, and found another bird. I also wanted to use this weeks lovely sketch over at Mojo Monday. I also thought I enter this in Simon Says Stamp Challenge that this week is Anything Goes. The color combination was inspired by Papermanias 6 x 6 paper pack Birdsong that I have had in my stash forever. Hope you enjoy my card!
Materials: Cardstock: Bazzil Basics, Core'dinations Pattern paper: Papermania, Birdsong Cutfiles: Bird, circle: Fundementals 1 Scalloped Circle: Jen Allyson Designs Stamp: Polka doodles, Stamp Doodles free with Papercraft essentials Flowers, ribbon and leaf: From my package from Angie

Then winner from the Cross Stitching - How to stitch giveaway is SamBamKablaam.
Have been cleaning my apartment all day because tomorrow we will have a showing of it as we are moving soon and need to get it sold. So this mean I'm not allowed to let my craft table be the terrible mess its usually is. And I bought the Let's Make Card Magazine, Issue 54, yesterday I decided that I would challenge myself to only use the products in the kit. I was allowed to add adhesive though. These designs are so color full and so full with pattern, not how I usually craft, but it was really fun, a big challenge. And here are those nine cards I made. Hope you like them.
Supplies: Card Kit: Let's Make Card Magazine, Issue 54
So my ecraft has just been standing collecting dust, mostly because the software isn't on my main computer. But I thought it was time to play around with it, and I have been watching alot of how to tutorials on youtube with owls, so when I found that I had an owl on one of the sd-cards I just had to use it.
Over at SpectrumNoir.com they have started a challenge. The first challenge is holidays, well Halloween is a holiday isn't it? I wanted to make a Halloween card but I found that my stash was lacking just that kind of stamp. So off to the web and look for digital stamps, then I found this wonderful site JustInkLined, they have a whole bunch of lovely digital stamps and I found precisely what I needed. Hope you like it!
Materials: CardStock: Bazzil basics Pattern paper: Purple paper, Free Digital Scrapbooking Green paper, Shery K Designs Ribbon: No name brand Stamp: Pumpkins, JustInkined Spectrum Noir Pens: Pumpkins; OR1, OR2, OR3 Stems; CG1, CG3 Shadows, eyes and mouths; BG1, BG2, BG4, BG4
Over at Mojo Monday they have this wonderful sketch, and over at Simon Says Stamp Challenges the challenge this week is emboss it. And I got so inspired by both. I do a lot of cards with colored stamp characters, but I thought I make something different this time. So this is my card I'm entering in both challenges. The butterflies is heat embossed in silver, the background is dry embossed with a cuttlebug embossing folder. Hope you enjoy!
So as the first video I made had a little longer deadline for entry, I'm made a little winner video. But wanted to leave you with something crafty so its also a little tip on how to make an aperture card a little more framed.
Hi lovelies!
I back with the second part of the cross stitching videos, this time I show you how to read the pattern and how to stitch ordinary cross stitches, quarter cross stitches and back stitches.
As usual I have a little giveaway, this time a small All Our Yesterday kit that contains everything to make a cross stitched card. To enter either be a follower on this blog and comment down below or be a subscriber on my youtube channel and comment at the video.
Congratulations to ChelleBB who was the winner of the Cross Stitch - Preparations video.
Been spending these last days coloring stamps with my Spectrum Noir Pens, finding that a whole bunch of them is running out of ink, well they are well used. I wanted to make a card with the stamped pictures and I knew that Mojo Monday Challenge always have great sketches, and I really like this weeks. So this card is entered in this weeks Mojo Monday Challenge.
Over at Crafter's Companions Monthly Challenge Blog the challenge for September is Gold, and not having that much gold in my stash I found this to be the perfect challenge, making me have to really think about how to do it. And as it is Sunday I have also made a "how to" video for the card. And as usual when I do my videos there is a little giveaway, to be in to win the card comment on the blog and be a follower and you are in the drawings. (Another way to join is to be a subscriber to my youtube channel and comment on the youtube page, but you only get one entry either way.)
So have a schedule now posting my videos every Sunday, and with every video I have a little giveaway, sometimes it's a card, sometimes craft supplies or what I made in the video. This weeks video is about cross stitching and how I prepare my cross stitching projects. I'm giving away a pattern booklet and some Madeira Cotton Threads, to be in to win just subscribe to either my youtube channels or be a follower here on the blog and comment either the video or the blog post. I draw a winner for this video on the 15th of September.
The challenge over at Crafter's Companion Monthly Challenge Blog is Best Friends. I immediately knew I wanted the use the Friends Stamp from the Strawberry Kisses range by Crafter's Companion, but I also knew that I wanted to do something different with it than I usually do. And this is the result. Hope you like it. I enter this card in the Crafter's Companion Monthly Challenge Blog challenge.
Found inspiration on the internet, have been following a a youtuber Wendy Cranford, she makes wonderful cards with stampin up products. Well living in Sweden I'm not able to buy any stampin up products, so I made this from products from my stash. I also made a video showing you how I made it. If you like my cards and want a chance to win one, comment on the youtube page telling me which one you want (you will be needing to be subscribed to my youtube channel), and I draw one winner the 8th of September 2012.
Hi,
Have been feeling like my main channel has been little messy, with both craft videos and ordinary vlogs. So I have started a new craft channel, www.youtube.com/craftybit. I'm starting out with a video showing how I made the #23 card, it has a little giveaway attached to it the info is in the video and in the description of the video (you find that by clicking on the watch on youtube button on the video player.
Think I told you a while ago, but here it comes again. I make videos and put them on the internet. My channel is a mix of craft videos and weekly vlogs, together with my tries for music videos. I try to post my craft videos here on the blog but it's not always they find their way here. So if you wanna see my craft vidos or all of the others too click this LINK.
The waterfall card making was so fun so I just had to rummage through the rest of my Crafter Companion CDs to see if I had more. And indeed I had, this comes from the Flower Fairy triple cd. The sentiment is a rubb-on from the Fairyopolis kit.
As making waterfall cards was so fun I just had to keep going. This cards is from the Frosty and Bright CD from the same triple cd pack as the last one.
Have had this Popcorn Christmas triple-CD for a while, and though I make some of the projects that comes with it. This is The waterfall card from the Warm and Cozy CD. Really liked making waterfall cards they give an extra element to the card.
Won a Sizzix machine and startkit from a competion on The Making Spot webpage, so I have been playing with it alot. Here I used a cuttlebugembossingfolder for the background and nestabilities for the sentiment and stamped picture. The stamp is a Wee Stamp from Whimsy Stamps that I colored with my spectrum noirs.
Found a tutorial on youtube on how to make paper roses with a five petal flower punch. I really love the look on the flowers so I made many. This is a card made with flowers I made based on the tutorial.
