Spring Bling for our For Legged Friends

Spring is in the air and the return of the sun is warming me up and making me crafty. Todays card is a challenge card, with the mix of Stamptacular's Spring Bling Challenge and Crafter's Companions Four Legged Friends Challenge. This card is also the first project in a series of a 100, I'm going to try the 100 projects before shopping again, this time hoping to succeed.
